The
GREATEST HITS
TRIBUTE SHOW

The Greatest Hits was formed in 1989 as a back-up band to Buddy Holly and Winter
Dance Party
tribute artist Mark Shurilla. From that day until his passing in 2012, Mark
Shurilla and the Greatest Hits entertained thousands with the music of the Winter Dance
Party
, the ill-fated tour that took the lives of Buddy Holly, Richie Valens, and the Big Bopper.

In it's 25 year run, the Mark Shurilla and the Greatest Hits show expanded to include
other tribute artists: Liam Ford's tribute to Johnny Cash, and Marlavous Marla and her tribute
to the girl groups and Valor Yost the “Kid in Black” entertains the crowd as the youngest
Johnny Cash singer around. The Greatest Hits themselves also lend their singing talents
to the show to make for a night of great oldies from a variety of Rock and Roll legends.
